AT&T Sub Account (SBC Global) Password issue

Hello,

 

Today I made a mistake changing my password for my SBC global account(I suspected it had been compromised and rushed to change it) and locked myself out. After not being able to reset the password via the security questions I contacted AT&T to reset the password and was told I would have to contact Frontier Communications because I live in Connecticut. Frontier claimed that they were unable to service the account and neither they or AT&T could help me.....

 

I need to get back into my email, and would very much like someone to help me. Is there any possible resolution through AT&T or perhaps Yahoo? any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as Frontier proved to be of no help what so ever.
