This is not a way to directly engage with AT&T support on direct account details.  For that, use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page and choose one of the ways there to contact them.

However, for general purposes without sharing account details:

Were there more details than that?

Did they suggest alternatives? An upgrade to fiber?  AT&T Internet Air?

You could post a picture of your letter, blacking out your name, address and account number.  The picture button in the tool bar will let you upload a picture.
