@kaylac2989 No one is going to call you. This is a public, customer populated forum only. It is not AT&T Support. Why don't you call AT&T Billing and ask them? They may be able to tell you why. Once a late payment has gone to Collections, you need to deal with them directly, not AT&T. They are required to show you proof of the Collection if you ask them.
