Billing Website Incorrectly Displaying Past Due?
When logging in to set up auto-pay, I noticed red text indicating my May 2024 payment was "past due." I have a receipt from AT&T from when I made my payment for May, and it also has cleared my bank. Further, when I made the payment previously for this bill, the website confirmed I was current and had a balance of $0. I just want this resolved so my auto-pay can take effect.
Is this a bug or glitch on the website? I have had many experiences with AT&T's website being glitchy.

I believe I am having the same issue, see my post.
PS Submitting the form provided by @ATTHelp is not helpful. I did it 3 times already. Different people from the billing department keep saying that the balance is $0, AutoPay is enabled, everything looks fine on their end, and that they can't help. They ask to call AT&T customer service, who actually provided me with the link to that form. So, no help from anyone, the issue seems to be getting worse, and the customer service appears to just play ping pong routing you back and forth, and no one seems to understand the issue and how to fix it.
