Bulk Services
I currently have ATT Fiber internet and I live in an apartment complex. The apartment complex is now charging me for Bulk Services with my rent. It is not something we can opt out of. My question is, do I still need to have my own plan? Or do I cancel that and start using this Bulk Services plan?

Generally the apartment complex needs to be at least 60 units, what do you mean by small apartment complex.
