Complaints about contractor

I had two young ladies come by my home here in Carson City.  They were wearing AT&T name tags.  The one I dealt with was Angela Navejas who said she lived in Fernley.  She promised to be here and give assistance with the setting up of the TV, etc.  I have attempted to call her (775-343-5348) and it tells me her mailbox is full and I have sent repeated emails to her ([email scrubbed]) and she has not responded to me.  Had the AT&T tech come out to do the phone and internet and said that the TV has to be self done.  I am a 70 year old woman and I feel that this young lady really took me to the cleaners.  Promised and promised.  I am ashamed of you AT&T to allow these people to take advantage of older people.

How do I file a complaint against a AT&T contracting company I worked for called Lightspeed utility LLC that let me go without notice and stopped answering emails texts or voicemails and owes almost $8000 . Thanks

You file it against Lightspeed Utility, the BBB, or your local Labor Relations Board.  AT&T has no control over their subs and can't help you.
