Getting Spam marketing emails from ATT despite email preferences
I have my email preferences to not get spam emails, as shown below:
Why am I still getting marketing emails ATT?
This is ILLEGAL under the CAN-SPAM act. I've reported this incident to the FTC - I urge everyone else getting marketing emails despite their preferences to do the same.

In order to fix this, we'd recommend you to follow this below mentioned steps.
Remove spam from your inbox
You can also forward spam to us at abuse@att.net so we can investigate it further. Make sure you include the full header so we can find out exactly where it came from.
Unmark as spam
If a legitimate email is accidentally filtered into the spam folder, it's easy to correct:
