How do I block and email address that changes constantly using almost the entire alphabet in it's sending email address?

I get spam in my inbox and it all usually comes from an email address that changes constantly, using the entire alphabet in the sending address.

You can also forward spam to us at abuse@att.net so we can investigate it further. Make sure you include the full header so we can find out exactly where it came from.
