How do I get someone in Customer Service who can actually do something?

I was on the chat and asking the customer service person about what the fees were if I was to cancel my internet and letting her know the problems I've been having - trying to find a solution. During this conversation she cancelled my internet without my authorization!! None of the customer service people I've called and talked to or chatted with are able to get me back on my plan. Someone must be able to take care of me, how do I find someone who can make things happen???? I was screwed over and I can't find anyone to help 😞
