Hello Community, and thank you @1GG for your post.  This is correct, and you can sign out from the myAT&T app by going to "more" and choosing "switch profile".

However, we are sharing your feedback, and will keep you posted if this is changed.

Lastly, for any other myAT&T Troubleshooting needs, please view our support site.

Thanks

Tim, AT&T Community Strategy

Where are you (i.e., on what web page)?

On start.att.net click you account name in the upper right to show a drop down menu that includes a "sign out".

On the webmail mouse over the account name in the upper right to show it's drop down menu.

On myAT&T click your name near the top (right) to bring up it's drop down menu.

I use the AT&T app on my iPhone to manage my account.  But I’m not able to sign out.  It seems like I’m constantly signed in which is not acceptable to me.

I cannot sign out with this version of this AT&T app.

I spoke with an agent. He said to uninstall the app and go back to the previous version.

I did. The sign out tab was in the more menu tab.

The (Edited per community guidelines) at ATT services, Inc. have hidden the sign out.  You must tap on ‘more’ at the bottom right, then ‘switch user’, rather than ‘sigh out’.

1GG: Why did they hide the “sign out” command?  I spent two hours on my phone thinking I was doing something wrong.  Very very disappointed in AT&T!
