I need help to solve my billing with att for my DIRECTV and Internet. Package I signed up in aug2017

My billing is screwed big time I signed by for 60 dollar direct tv with 4 rooms and internet service with installation and everything included in the select package one bill I signed up in aug 2017 since then it's a nightmare a very bad experience. I am getting 2 separate bills my installation was was screwed up four different people came for installation one for Internet 3 for direct tv on different days one with one reciver then cleared the miscommunication that it was 4 receiver then other day other guy with other receivers then Internet again it was a nightmare with installation whole week then separate billing came not one bill they charged installation and everything bill was 300+ after hours and multiple days calling and straightening out the messon the phone they gave credit and for a 60 + tax bill they charged me separate bills which came around 92 dollars and change for my first bill then next month I got a three hundred + bill again I spend hours should say countless hours but not solved I went to the att store where a physical person can help solve my problem but the local stores near me I tried 2 nearby location in Lilburn and tucker they said we cannot help go to cooperate store and one suggested north lake baircliff cooperate store so I went they stood in line for my turn I got a good service rep he heard my problem he was shocked what I went through he said he would take of this he called the 800 number I called and spoke to the agent and told me to talk I spend 2 hrs there and straightened the mess out he said I will be credited the 200 dollar in my next bill just pay 96.84 dollars today I paid that in the kiosk at the store I got the receipt I asked and made sure I will not happen again and he said don't worry I will be here I am the manager here i was out of the country for a month and a half I told my bro to pay the bills the bill was 360+ he paid in my absence 165 dollars and it's now dec it's not 4 months completed I got another bill for 400 with large payment and cancellation notice if I don't pay in full I am sick and tired really frustrated with AT &T service when will the nightmare will be over this is ridiculous I want to cancel the whole service which I called to do before the 30 days were over it must be recorded on the calls I made but they said don't cancel we assure you we will take care of this but unbelievable it was never ever taken care of or even considered I am exhausted I want to take legal action now how much can we handle not 5 hrs on the phone it must me several hours every few days on the phone to correct it every time a new person on the phone they opened 5 accounts in my name I was getting 4 diifernt account numbers in the first month I called in fixed that gradually it stopped to one account but still not solved how is this chaos be fixed I am worried about my credit where I am not at fault and. I am going through this ..... someone please help I need this resolved ASAP. Thankyou
