Incoming emails Bounce Back to Sender
I was on Spectrum using Road Runner email then changed to AT&T with Road Runner email. I am able to send emails but incoming messages bounce back to the sender. I receive the following message:
A message was sent to you that was returned to the sender(bounced)
because it would have caused your mailbox quota to be exceeded.
The following is the reason that the message was over quota:
Quota Type: bytes in the mailbox
Quota Available: 0.0KB
Total Quota: 5000000.0KB
I have gone through all my folders and have very few items saved. I used to have pictures and videos saved and those are all cleaned out so there should be no reason for emails to bounce back to the sender. What can I do to resolve this issue once and for all?
