Internet and TV out because of an Outage

Outage update: Looks like there is an outage affecting service in your area. We are working to get it fixed. You should be online by: Saturday, June 01, 10:00 p.m. ET.

We have been without service since 5/30/24 around 8:00am EST. No one notified us of any expected outage. Now we are being told we will be 3days without service, so will I get a credit for both my U-verse and internet for 3days on my next bill?

If you want a credit for time without service, then it is up to you to call and speak with AT&T.

Well the outage would NOT be expected. Do you expect to be notified before a car runs into the equipment or other technical issue before it happens? Once there is an outage you of course know as it is not working.

Do you have Uverse IPTV service or just internet using a streaming service?

In other words how much do you pay ATT each month for home internet and tv service?

if use $150 per month, this is $5 per day, 3 days without service would be $15 credit so if receive $20 or $25 your ahead… not counting your time to make phones calls requesting the credit.
