Internet Outage 4 Plus Days in the Pearland TX area

Home internet has been down since Thursday, April 4th, around 10am. Updates have not been consistent or frequent and none of the recent updates included an approximate resolution time frame. Is there a specific department that can offer more specific information? Is this the common practice with AT&T during an outage for an area?

Have you reported the outage via the 800 number or one of the eSupport tools?  The forum isn’t the right place for this type of service related problem.

The outage was confirmed by AT&T on the first day (April 4th). My issue is there has not been any updates on  an estimated time frame for the outage being fixed.

My area has had an outage for a week and half. Rep said it would be back up by tomorrow. Now they are saying it will be back up until May 15….RIDICULOUS!

Exact scenario in South San Jose.

Several outages...no info or realistic updates from agents..

The ATT technicians in the field have literally told me that the agents on the phone do not know any thing about what goes on in the field.  They are uninformed and follow a  script in a notebook , the customer is kept in the dark.
