Sure. Two main ways, call 1-800-288-2020.

Another way is to log onto about any att web site page, and click on chat now, or chat live.. (they changed it recently, not sure which one it is now.)

If the need is not immediate: you can try the following:

Pick one of there care team links (any will work) and send a message with your name, account, phone, contact email, best time to connect with ya, and a message with your needs. Give them a couple days or so to get back with you, and I hope they can help.

U-verse problems, ATTU-verseCare.
Cellular Problems, ATTMobilityCare.
Billing/other problems ATTCustomerCare
Please mark replies as solutions if it fixed your problem. This helps other members find answers quickly.

Good luck

Thanks for the quick response. I had tried the number several times, but got layers of computer voices and could never get to a real person. The chat button didn't work either; the words are there but the link was not live.

As I checked back per your suggestion, I found that my repair request had been logged, so I'm good for now. The whole process was frustrating for the unitiated, however.

Not from another phone!  They hung up on me! I was trying to switch out my sim to a newer phone and it is seriously (Edited per community guidelines) me off.  They (Edited per community guidelines).  AT&T can blow me. You lost a customer forever!  I've had AT&T since 2000. But not anymore.
