Live Chat Transcript Never Sent
I'm sure this has been asked a billion times but is there a way to get a chat transcript from earlier this evening? I entered my email address and it never came through. I didn't try the print and Save to PDF option because frankly, I didn't think I had to...

How long did it take for the transcript to come through? I emailed a chat transcript to myself over an hour ago but haven't received it yet so now I'm worried I sent it to the wrong address, especially as the chat contained payment info.
