MyATT Account Send to DirecTV

I cannot pay my bill or see anything on My ATT because it automatically sends me to DirecTV Sunday Ticket. I have been on the phone with ATT customer support for 2 hours with 7 people and no one can handle this. I need someone to delete the DirecTV account (I cannot do it on my end) or to unlink the accounts. I cannot pay my bill or look at any of the account information. Customer Support was about as helpful as asking my grandma to fix it. I've tried several browsers, different computers, and the app. 

I am trying very hard to pay a $50 bill and this isn't my problem. So please ATT fix this problem.
