No Confirmation Email after Signing up for AT&T Internet.

Hello, I made a purchase/signed up for 12 month AT&T Internet 300 service with an order number of: "25-719438147496256". But I did not receive an confirmation email afterwards and I am currently unable to create an account or User ID for the internet service. When I try to find my account through my email and ZIP code, I receive a "This data is invalid. Please try again" Error. 

I have checked my spam/junk folder so that is not the issue. 

What do I do from here?

They seemed to have sent the confirmation email once the product shipped. I just needed to be more patient haha. Thank you for all the support!
