@Amr1234

I want to file a formal complaint regarding this horrible experiences with AT&T.

I know this is no excuse for poor customer service, but it still does have a direct bearing on scheduled time frames for tech service, the southeastern strike is affecting customers all over the south east;

The reps on the phone are flying blind because of this, the information they receive changes by the minute due to lack of help. Many of the schedules are given to them by the techs themselves, but this changes quickly due to workload. It may take a tech several hours longer than planned to finish a call, thus changing the schedule again possibly for the next couple of days. This is completely understandable. I know it's not our problem as customers but it is a reality we must face. Rest assured they will get to you and complete the work, but working the way they are by the seat of their pants the time frame is never going to be exact. I am not making excuses for them, I am a customer just like you and I have been waiting since the 15th. Sure I'm not happy but I know they are not intentionally lying to me, they're just going with information given to them. Getting upset with them will never make matters better. I'm very sorry we have to go through this but, "It Is What It Is" so it is a waiting game for now. Also although the strike may be over the effects of this are going to be around for awhile, The area your in would be affected either directly or indirectly because of transfering personel. I hope this helps. Additionally if you insist on filing a complaint go here;

This is a third party site because AT&T took down the link from their site. You will have to sign up for the service but seems to me it's well worth it, check it out. This says it's for Mobile service but that's ok, they have to report it in any case.
