Not received promised reward card!

I purchased att internet at the begining of december 2021 because i had to promo codes at checkout. One for a 250$ reward card and another one for a 150$ card.  After 2 months of acrive service i did not receive any of them so i called att support. They said i should get them soon and i did eventually receive the 250 card. But not the 150 card. So i made a 2nd phone call and was told i should receive it by end of the week and still no card so i called again only to find out that i will no be receiving the 150 card because im not eligible. I was eligible when making the purchase tho and have proof of the codes i used at checkout. This is totally unacceptable.

If you haven't received a reward card that you were promised, you'll need to reach out to our rewards center for further assistance. They'll be able to look into the matter with you further.

ATTHelp. Ive already called them 6 times. I got proof of cheking out with the promo codes and now the rewards centre is trying to tell me so (Edited per community guidelines) reason that the supervisor didnt aprrov my 2nd card because i shouldnt be able to have the 2 of them. If i was not able to have 2 of them i shouldnt have been able to checkout with the 2 promo codes. I find this unacceptable because if not the 2 promo codes i would have definitely stayed with my previous provider.  Im looking to have this resolved asap.  Already filed a complaint with the BBB.

I haven't received mine either, I wasn't able to claim online and I called about 2 weeks ago and she said she would have it mailed for me. Now when I call to check after a couple of weeks, the dates of mailing keep changing with an arrival date of July. We are in August how will it arrive in July. I am currently on the phone waiting for someone to answer now for 40 mins. (Edited per community guidelines) gives At&t.

I was promised a $200 AT&t reward for saying a few internet I have the internet I have the account claim number and it's still not working they still haven't sent me my rewards so I have a big problem with AT&t and I don't like the service no more because of the line that you produced

Hi Team,

I havent received my $250 Card yet even after completion of 2 Billing Cycles, have already wasted hours in waiting for support member to respond to my Call. Chat never connects to agent. I am not sure whether the promotion is valid and clueless on how to claim the rewards that was promised to me during my booking.

I haven't received my $300 card after completion of 4 billing cycles. When calling the rewards center they tell me they can't do anything because 4 months have passed. Unacceptable, not fair. Straight scam. When signing up they told me I would receive after a few months, never received a letter or an email.

Same here. I was promised $300 for AT&T Fiber ($150. $100 and $50). I called a month or so after and ask when I should expect the cards, they told me to give them more time. I called yesterday, apparently I missed the 4 month window. How am I supposed to know there is such a window?

I think this is fraudulent. This forum is full of people being scammed out of their gift cards.

Clearly AT&T uses this (Edited per community guidelines) scam to get new people to sign up. I was promised a $250 card for signing up yet it doesn’t show in my rewards just like all of you. I have tried calling multiple times and have yet to speak with someone. This company is garbage and they can come pick this (Edited per community guidelines) internet box and all their stuff up. Poor business practices, they are horribly unorganized.&n(Edited per community guidelines)p;
