Outage for 3 days

I’ve had an outage for 3 days. Each day the time AT&T lists as the resolution time comes around and the internet is still down. They’ve pushed it back 5 different times. They even texted me once and told me the issue is resolved only for me to come home and find the internet was still down. This is completely unacceptable. Not only am I not getting a service, but the reporting isn’t even accurate. I’ve had to use up all of my phone’s hot spot data and I can’t do my job right now thanks to AT&T’s terrible service. I want an explanation and compensation

Hi @Rgant3

We completely understand your concern and would like to help. Let's get the assistance you require.

Could you please give us your exact location so that we can look into this and help you out?

The Community Forums are a public support option where other users, and AT&T, will try and assist with high level support needs. This means we won’t be able to look into account specific concerns. To get the help you need for your unique issue, please review our Contact Us page [www.att.com/support/contact-us/], and choose the best option to reach out to us. You can call, chat, or reach out via social media, and we can review your specific issue and provide you support. If you feel your issue isn’t account specific, and can be answered generally, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to help.

Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums,

Tess, AT&T Community Specialist.

What is the best way to give you my exact location? I don’t want to post my address on a public forum

Either use the link they provided (it's private) or file an online complaint with the BBB. That gets forwarded to AT&T Upper Management and someone will contact you. They might be able to provide better help than ATTHelp.
