PLEASE HELP! How can I get AT&T to provide internet to my address?

I contacted AT&T over a year ago in hopes of receiving their services, only to find out that they do not offer services for my address. They mentioned that services should be available to me within 8-12 months, so I waited. I called back 2 weeks ago in hopes of finally being able to sign up for services, but again I was told that they were not available. I would like to know how could I get AT&T to provide at least high speed Internet to my location. I know they provide services near by; literally only a few houses down. Currently, the only provider for Internet or TV is Dish Network and they are charging me an arm and a leg. The Internet service is horrible, and I reach my max data usage within 2 weeks. Needless to say, I am extremely unsatisfied. I have even contact Comcast. For them to provide service I would have to pay some 30,000 to have the service lines reach me. Obviously I can not afford that. The funny thing is that both companies offer service near by, they skipped me and a few neighbors of mine, providing services on both ends of the street, and yet they will not come to my address.

I know that I and many, if not all, of my neighbors would sign up for AT&T if it was available. How can I make this happen? Would writing to the company help or getting signatures from neighbors promising to sign up for services. Please any advice would help. I currently work from home and the Internet is crucial.

Thanks so much for your time,

Brittany

Let me guess they never sent a message? Did it get resolved I doubt it.
