Refund

I ordered internet service from AT&T and I never received it even though I paid them $100 for the service , they then canceled it on their end talking about I didn’t get a $10 autopay , after they told me my refund would be back in 2-5 business day , here it is the 5th business day now they saying 60 days to get my money back . And they are the ones who canceled the service so why am I suffering , they make millions off us and can’t send me a petty $100 back .
