Round 2, Year 2

Yet again the service for my ATT isn't working. This is year 2! Same time frame accept things were moving "quicker" last time, so I will use the same route I did before. I live on a highway, I have had 12 techs out, both in and outside, all of my inside equipment (yes even the cables) have been replaced. I have not had "working" internet since May. MAY! Seriously? Last year this was fixed July 20th. The problem? Well the outside lines need to be replaced and me and my neighborhood are not important enough to get it fixed. THANKFULLY ATT has footed the bill for my internet portion but now I have realized this is starting to bleed in to my Direct TV playback.

 

In summary:

 

-Don't have working internet (Could work for 10 mins, could work for an hour! Who knows!)

-Lines NEED to be fixed on the highway but construction is hard because of permits

-I am so done with getting punished for being a customer and not getting the internet we had! Perfect for 2 years and the last two have been not so great in the summer.

-I am looking for ANSWERS!

 

PLEASE, I am reaching out to get this fixed. I need to know when it will get fixed, if it is even in the works and WHEN I can expect my service to go back to normal!
