Small business owners abusing their mechant lic

1.) What to do when yourself and others r questioning the digital world in our Senior Citizen community... Facts

2.)  My new neigbor affiliated with Verizon wireless communications in new york had AT&T tech working in their driveway.  Later that night my computer information was downloading to an unfamiliar entity with my wifi open to the public and my screen saver changed. fact i could'nt control my panel. The next day my friend came to my home to tell me they caught an AT&T tech in my driveway behind my double gates (Knowing my network carrier was TIME WARNER CABLE.) I called AT&T spoke to a supervisor and asked 2 ?s 1) who called for service at our address 2) and why? AT&T supervisor said. "#5 called for service (that's my neighbor and mgrs friend) but i can't tell you why."  Long story short i had TWC abuse dept come to check it out.  TWC tech showed me in my driveway where TWC box broken open and AT&T box open with AT&T wire hooked in to TWC box. Over 2 weeks my information was slowly stolen from my apple computer, then another 2 weeks all information taken from my computer along with my phone info and home phone going down.

3.  Mgr Betty had 6 AT&T uverse vans around ger home with a supervisor monitoring that know ask what's going on.  The supvisor negated to give me company infor as to who i should call. I found that being uncooperative on his part left me ?ing the integrity of AT&T employees and neighbor with mgmts investment as small business owners closer to our COMMUNITY.

This has been a horrifing and disturbing 4 years. I'm under Drs care and couldn't use any phones in my home. Sometimes not even 911. I went thru 11 different phones and all carriers sais " we've never seen phone errors like This before. Basically all communication from the outside world was taken from me. A very painful frustrating and deplorable act to put any person through.  Could you in  please email me back at [edited for privacy – please do not post personal information] for privacy and safety reasons. Thank you in advance.
