Stuck in 800 phone tree (Edited per community guidelines) trying to get online account access

I ordered business internet for a cell phone hot spot at the end of February.

Got the device and have been using it for months.

Never received any account information or emails or billing info.

April 10 suddenly got a past due notice, so paid with a credit card.

I know the account number and device phone number, and am now trying to manage the account online, but online forms don't recognize the device phone number, so I can't set up an online ID and have no way to check account status or manage billing.

I've spent hours trying to reach someone who can tell us how to establish an online ID for managing the account, and just keep getting transferred between 800-331-0500, 877-308-0907, 855-866-4288, 800-247-2020, etc.

How can I manage this account online?

Have you tried this? https://lsreg.att.com/acctmgmt/registration?origination_point=lsreg&f=v

At the end you will be asked if you want to create member id, make sure to create one and then use it to access your account on att.com using the email address as user ID when signing in.
