This company is awful - rewards scam

I signed up for AT&T back in early February when we moved into our new home as I was told it was the best. I was looking at several other companies that were slightly cheaper, but AT&T offered me a bunch of rewards to sign up so I went with them. When I signed up with the agent over chat she told me I was eligible for the following .. 

1. Amazon Smart Home Bundle (didn't really care for this as we are going with ADT and I have heard Blink systems are AWFUL, but I gave it to my in laws). 

2. $150 gift card plus an extra $50 with the current promotion since I went with a 1G plan

3. Early Term Reimbursement

I received my smart home bundle quickly, but they keep denying my reimbursement card even thought I am uploading my bill and now they are saying that I am not getting the gift card because it is either the Amazon bundle OR the gift card which was NEVER told to me. 

I am FURIOUS as I feel this is a very deciving tactic to use to get people to sign up. Customer service nor the rewards center has been any form of help so I am not sure where to turn here. 

Secondly, we had our fiber installed before our baseboards were installed. We told the technician we had to get baseboards put in and he assured us he would install it in a way that we could get a baseboard on. Of course he did not so when I had my contractors come out to do the baseboards they could not do the area where fiber was installed. I called customer service and they tried to tell me it would be $150 to have someone come out to fix it meanwhile I TOLD THEM WE WERE GETTING THEM INSTALLED AND THAT I NEEDED THEM TO INSTALL FIBER IN WAY THAT WE WOULD BE ABLE TO INSTALL BASEBOARDS AT A LATER DATE. 

Needless to say I am (Edited per community guidelines) and looking to switch to another company after only 30 days with AT&T

I got scammed in the same way - I got the Visa and Amazon gift cards, but not the promised smart home bundle, and now they are basically saying the sales rep lied and there is nothing they can do about it.
