Unable to retrieve or change passcode

I had to move out of the country on Aug 19th.

Unfortunately I was not aware that I need to call and cancel the service.

I thought it would be as simple as

Logging into my account with "username and password" and click on Cancel and follow the process.

OR

Visit a store and return the equipment and request for cancellation (which my friends are ready to do on my behalf)

Anyways now i understood that I have to make International call and say "Cancel Service" and follow the IVR and at one point key the pass code.

I am trying to reset the Pass code by entering my SSN last 4 digits and Zip code which for some reason is not what is listed there.

I know my SSN and I know my Zip code.

What can I do to retrieve the pass code and continue my cancellation process????

Hello @praveenfelix!

Here's some information that can help you. You can refer to the steps below, in case if you haven't -Reset your passcode when you can't complete sign-in:

  1. Go to myAT&T and enter your ID and password.
  2. On the Confirm Your Security Passcode page, select Forgot passcode.
  3. Follow the prompts to enter and submit your new security passcode information.

If you have tried the steps above and continue to face the same situation, contact AT&T by calling +1.314.925.6925, a free call from your AT&T wireless phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for questions while roaming outside the U.S.,

(Just make sure it is with your home AT&T SIM for the call to be "free").
