Update address??

Made a Technician appointment yesterday to come to my current primary use address in Texas.

 

Checking this appointment online, ATT is sending the Technician to our old address in California.

 

This happened a few months ago.

 

the ATT phone computer says “we cannot take your call now”.

 

I have not found a way to update my address online.

 

How do I get ATT to use my current address?

 

or do we change to another company?
