Why do I keep getting an error code when trying to log into my att account?

I received my normal email saying my ATT bill is ready for viewing, but I am unable to log in.  I keep getting an error message.  However, I can log in on my iPhone just fine.  I need to retrieve my bill.

Thanks for that information, Seepeez.

The message means that something went wrong with your local network connection or local server.

We have some troubleshooting steps you can follow to resolve it:

  • Restart your gateway. A bad connection is one of the main causes of this kind of error message, and restarting your gateway will refresh it.
  • Temporarily disable your firewall, VPN, or any antivirus software that's installed on your computer. Because they block certain pages, firewall, VPNs, and antivirus software sometimes create connection issues.
  • Disable proxy settings. The steps vary by web browser, but on Chrome, go to Settings > System > Advanced > Open proxy settings > LAN settings (if you're using Windows), then uncheck the Use proxy server for LAN option.

Let us know if any of this helped, or if you're still unable to sign into your account.

We can help you log in to your account, Seepeez.

So that we can provide the best troubleshooting steps, let us know what the error message is.

Also, let us know if you're able to sign in on a different web browser, and if you were able to sign in on your phone via the myAT&T app or website. We need to determine if there's a problem with your account, the website, or the app.

The more details we have, the better. We'll be awaiting your response.

It spins and spins, then finally says:

Hmmm… can't reach this page

oidc.idp.clogin.att.com took too long to respond

Try:

  • Checking the connection
  • Checking the proxy and the firewall
  • Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
I've tried it both on Edge & Chrome - same thing.  I CAN log on from my iPhone, but when I try and email myself my statement, I get some kind of warning from my internet security about it not being safe.

So I am having this same issue for my Internet Air except I am unable to login to my account on anything. It keeps saying I have a userID then I enter that and the password and it says hmm...that's not quite right...I've tried all the troubleshooting tips, spoken with customer service and was told to give it 24hours, reset my password...everything...I have the last 4 of my account # from the emails I receive but I cannot access anything else.
