Wifi speed

Will having a past due bill on my account cause my internet to be basically non existent

@Autumn1979  If you don't pay your bill on time then AT&T may suspend the account until you've paid it off to zero. Contact Billing and see what can be done. If you need extra time to pay the bill, then you need to contact them BEFORE it is due and work out an arrangement. 

And there is no DM as ATTHelp mentions. You need to use the Contact Us link to discuss an issue with Support.

Past due has NOTHING to do with internet speed. If you are very past due your service is suspended, which means you have no internet at all. There is no in-betweeen.

AT&T no longer DMs in the forum. This was removed earlier this year. Guess some agents missed the memo.

Now if your service is active but having problems with connectivity or speed, then more info is needed to try and help troubleshoot. As mentioned past due only risks being shut off, not slowed down.
