Wrong Account Numbers and Address Associated With My Account

Hello,

I have an account with you because I signed up for AT&T home internet and purchased a phone. When I signed up, the sales representative was new, and it was his first time setting up a home internet account. He made some mistakes, so the original account he created for me is problematic. However, the email address linked to that account is the same one I currently use for both my home internet and mobile accounts.

I'm unable to log into my account to make payments for my home internet and data plan. I need help configuring everything so I can access my account and make payments.

My CORRECT account number, email address, and phone number are as follows:

  • AT&T Internet Air Account Number - -3541
  • Associated Email - [email scrubbed]
  • Phone Number - xxx-xxx-6922

The INCORRECT account number and associated accounts are as follows (I never received the router for the account -------1722):

  • Incorrect AT&T Internet Air Account Number - --------1722
  • Account Closure Confirmation Number - -----
  • Incorrect Address Associated With Account - 4902 S CALLE LOS CERROS DR, TUCSON, AZ
  • Incorrect DirecTV Stream Acct. Associated (I never had a DirecTV Acct) - xxxxxxxxxxx-3507

I would like the incorrect account to be fully closed and removed from my records. Please ensure that my correct account is properly configured so I can access it to make payments for my home internet and data plan without any issues.

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,
JDM

You should immediately edit your post to remove your personally identifying information.  The ... menu Edit will let you do that.

AT&T will only tell you to use a Contact Us page to contact them directly.  The PI you've posted will only be useful to the nefarious.
