Error E013

My all WiFi router worked fine for a few months but over the last 3 days it has gone in and out multiple times a day . Very frustrating trying to run a business on this account with an unreliable  connection . I’m seeing that many others have this same issue and are just notified to reset / restart or a new router has been sent out . Does anyone have any success ?

No ACE’s have this new service, difficult to give advice but there is a dedicated support number and I’d keep calling in to have your account annotated with the numerous troubles.
