Fixed Wireless suspended on April 9, 2024 - Tried to upgrade to Internet Air - No internet access.

Fixed Wireless suspended on April 9, 2024.

Tried to upgrade to Internet Air - No internet access.

3 different agents tried to help with the No Internet Access then was told to return equipment or go to a local AT&T Store.

Local agent could not help so I returned the equipment on April 12, 2024.

I have talked to AT&T support everyday day for two weeks going on three weeks. 

They say I can only get another Internet Air Hub until the other equipment is returned/takes up to 2-4 weeks, Elevated to back office for a solution, NO CALL yet.

Called UPS Store - they said they sent the equipment back and have no way of tracking have wait on ATT.

I have been a ATT consumer for over 40 years but I guess that doesn't mean everything in today environment.

NO INTENET for 16 days now. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Still no answer after 23 days - called multiple times with no results. Can 40 years consumer get some help ?
