How do I cancel my internet air services

I am trying to cancel my internet air services

Should be same as cancelling other ATT internet service(s)

call 800-288-2020, say cancel at prompt.

best to call Monday to Friday 8 am to 7 pm.

Call should go to customer loyalty to have account cancelled.

I’ve called twice and was assured it was cancelled but have not received a confirmation by email or text nor does the order continue. I have wasted so much time trying to get this solved.  Nothing works. Can’t even log in

AT&T has a bad product on their hands in Air and they are desperate to keep people from dumping it once they sign up. 

Call back and tell them to put in ANOTHER cancellation order, MAKE SURE YOU GET A "ticket number" for that cancellation order. Tell that rep you speak with SPECIFICALLY that you want a cancellation receipt sent to the primary e mail account you normally use... Wait about 24 hours or so and CALL BACK give your ticket number and see what it is the latest account note. 

Importantly what e mail address did you use to set up to purchase of Air? If it is different from the one you might normally use, CHECK THAT E MAIL ACCOUNT which was tied to your initial purchase of Air!

Thanks for the reply.  I did follow up with 2 more phone calls and finally got the loyalty department who magically made it happen in a matter of minutes after 2 previous calls where I was assured it was cancelled but was not.   They record everything so one would think they cancelled it the first time but I ended up paying a partial bill just to be done with it!  Worst problem I’ve ever had with them. Have had ATT for years but this was close to being the last!  Thanks again!

Call AT&T. Get the voice prompt say "cancel" to get to their cancellation/retention department. Make sure you are calling during standard business hours which you can check at the "Contact Us" link at the bottom. Unknown how tomorrow's holiday may affect staffing.
