Internet Air error code E013 - will not connect to tower - can't get help on the phone

I have moved my hub to three different locations (windows facing east, south and west in on the second floor or a 2-story house) and none of them will connect to the cell tower. I am unable to get help over the phone. I was on DSL and AT&T cut that off and now can't support their Internet Air that replaced it. I need technical support please.

On the phone is pretty much the only way to get support for Internet Air.  Make sure when you call you say "Internet Air" right off.

I have been going thru the same since March 2024. 5 times I have requested to speak to a Supervisor and they talk more techno talk but still problem not solved. Have tried every window. Very rare I see speed in double digits. All day long TV buffers every 5 minutes. Speed 1.9 or maybe 9!!! They will not give my DSL back to me and Fiber is not available. Filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, heard from someone at the Presidents office. She said she would pass this to Internet Air Dept and then follow up in 2 days. Well, she has yet to call me back and I did get a call from someone but he could not solve the tower congestion problem. Said he would call in 3 days. Gave me credit for next 2 months. What good is credit if I can not get internet? I have spent so many hours trying to get help from AT&T and bottom line is I can not get an internet product from AT&T so they will lose me after 25+ years as a customer.
