Because FuboTV uses a service known as IP Geolocation to figure out where you are and what locals you should have.  IP Geolocation is only slightly more reliable than horoscopes and palm reading at determining your location.  The technical aspects of AT&T Internet Air make it nearly impossible for IP Geolocation to work.

Tell FuboTV that you have Internet Air (a Fixed Wireless Access product) and see if they've got some solution to your problem.
