Why won't AT&T bill with a payment address and/or allow Bill Pay on their new Internet Air?
This is the least user friendly option. I am not going to give my banking information to a company that can't keep customer information safe, and I'm not going to go to their site to pay on a monthly basis either. It will cause them to loose customers.
