Thanks for reaching us @ClearedToLand.

We're here to help you set your device to display the 24-hour format.

To set your device to display the 24-hour clock format, follow below steps.

For Windows 11:

  • Press Win + I keys together to open the Settings app.
  • Click on Time & language in the left pane.
  • Navigate to Language & region on the right side.
  • Scroll down and click on Regional format.
  • Under Short time, select the time format with no AM or PM for the 24-hour format.

For Windows 10:

  • You can click Win+I or right-click on the clock at the bottom right of your screen and choose
  • Adjust date/time.
  • Click on Date, time, & regional formatting.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of Regional format data.
  • Click on Change data formats.
  • Under Short time, select 9:40 to set the 24-hour format.

For Android:

  • Open your phone’s Clock app.
  • Tap More Settings and then Change date & time.
  • Enable the 24-hour format option.
  • Remember to apply the changes, and your device will display the 24-hour clock format!

If you need any additional information, please feel fre to write back to us.

Thank you.

Um, David, since they posted in AIA Equipment, my assumption would be they'd like to change the time format on the All-Fi Hub.  Could you help them with that?

I was not clear on this.  My ATT Internet Air Hub displays 12 hour clock.  I would like to change that to 24 hour clock.  I have checked all the settings in the Hub using address http://192.168.1.254 and have not been able to find any menu or setting that would change this display.  I suspect this setting is in the firmware, to which I do not have access.  On the old u-Verse Pace 5268AC modem/router, a call to Customer Service made available a menu option so as to disable the unit's Wi-Fi so I could use a separate stand-alone router with a remote antenna output to put the unit in one place and the Wi-Fi antenna in another place.  Is this the same sort option, only controllable by somebody with remote access to the ATT Internet Air Hub?  On Windows, I changed to 24 clock many years ago.  I am an Airline employee for 49 years, so far, and we have always used 24 clock, so I know it well.  Thank you for the above information.  I thought the fact that I had just installed the ATT Internet Air Hub would be transmitted to you.  It was not.  Can you help with this setting?
