All-fi hub

Received my all-fi hub today.  Downloaded the Smart Home manager app and proceeded to go through the setup.  I apparently missed the step on having the app point me in the best direction for the cell tower.  Long story short, everything is set up but I would like to redo the process from the beginning.  How do I completely start over?  If I try and start over in the app, it tells me the "hardware is already setup" to sign in to manage my network.  I tried pushing the red reset button on the back for 10 seconds and now the wi-fi name is the name of All-fi hub and not the name I changed it too.  Please help!!  How to I completely reset everything and start over as if I am just opening the box for the first time.
