Error codes are listed here https://www.att.com/support/article/internet/000092832, not that it is very helpful.

How do I fix Internet Air error codes E004 or E013?

Code meaning

E004: No IP address from network
E013: DNS down

Tips to fix

  • Restart your All-Fi Hub: Press and release the reset button or unplug your hub and then plug it back in. The restart may take up to five minutes. When the notification light turns off and the clock appears, you’re good to go.
  • Reset your hub to factory settings: Press the reset button for 10 seconds. The reset may take up to 10 minutes. When the notification light turns off and the clock appears, you’re good to go.

I tried setting up the AT&T air, and elected to send it back and forget it. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to figure it out, then I guess it had something to do with some email link to accept some terms that  I hadn’t gotten. They sent it, but by then I had already disconnected the device and reset the old one up. Sounds like I cool idea, though! The box is really neat. Hope it works out for others

How do you send it back

I was finally able to get mine working, but you just put it back in the box it came in, bring it to UPS, and they scan it and take it from there. Call AT&T, though. Just to let them know it’s coming
