AT&T Air not opening certain sites

I've recently gotten AT&T Air, when I try to access certain websites, Reddit for example - not a bad website, I keep getting "this site can't be reached" error.

It's happened on multiple websites and none of them are bad websites.

If I tether to my phone they all pop up just fine. How do I turn off internet security or fix this so I can access websites?

Thank you!

Hello @cassiescisco,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We suggest flushing the DNS cache. Sometimes, for various reasons, the DNS cache becomes corrupt or simply malfunctions. The symptoms vary, but the most common is that you can’t get to some websites to load.

As this concern is related to Internet Air, we have our dedicated team who can assist you. Please reach them at 800-288-2020 for further assistance.
Feel free to contact us for further queries!

Thank you.
