Att Air

I have been long standing att customer.  My bill kept increasing and service decreased.  When bill suggested we “upgrade” to att air and would cost less.  We signed up end of July 2023. It did not work returned equipment a week later.  Had zero balance as of 8/31/23. On October 1, 2023 I was fraudulently billed.  Despite calls and online chats, I continued to be billed for cancelled service. What I learned… ATT stores only recently had access to sell service.  They cannot access billing info. ATT stores only sell products and cannot help with customer service. The website does not have number of ATT Air.  Customer service is 1-855-677-1177.  You’ll speak to someone outside of the US.  After finally going to the store and getting this correct number I finally have case number and told I will be credited for the 4 months of service I did not have.  Please if your considering switching to att air don’t.  It’s a “new” service that is not supported.  I think they are trying to “hook” people into using service hoping that it will be too difficult to get out of.  You’ll be frustrated and have subpar service.
