Business Internet Air

I am a new bus. Internet Air customer 

I am on my second gateway device.   Neither device has been able to connect to 5G/4G and customer support is no help.  

power is good.   WiFi signal is good.  5G/4G lights are blank. 

Box is sitting right next to a cell phone with 4 bars so signal availability is not the issue.  

Any other suggestions?
