Cannot connect to VPN with Internet Air. Any updates on this?

Until now the only internet option to my neighborhood was slow, AT&T 18 internet, with fiber all around my neighborhood.

I just upgraded to the Internet Air.  It is much faster than my old internet, so I don't want to go backwards.  But I found out Monday morning that with the new AT&T Internet Air, I can no longer access my company nor school's VPNs'.

Any updates on this apparently know issue?
