Can’t use PS5 w/ AT&T Air?

Connecting PlayStations to Att gateways is a frequently asked question here.  IIRC, users get the issue resolved through SONY.  There’s no magic with these gateways other than the wifi in the gateway itself leaves a lot to be desired.  You’ll probably be happier if you can use an Ethernet connection, and also assuming service to the air hub is robust.
