constant internet service loss (red light/service
I have spent weeks now trying to figure out why I keep losing internet connection. It's now happening every day, different times of the day. Always goes out in the evening. I reset the hub everyday and sometimes it takes 2 reset before I can get internet connection. Right now I show I have service and am using my desktop to do this. When I look at Smart Home Manager it shows that the network is offline. I don't understand. How can I show service on my hub, but show network offline? One error message I got was: NAD-3304L002 Internet and Outdoor Service Issues. We cannot even sit and stream a movie in the evenings with this mess going on.

Sounds like you’re using Internet Air.

I don't believe I have internet air. My internet is listed as fixed wireless.
