equipment return

On 4-1-24 I returned Air-Internet equipment by UPS . Have a photo of preprinted return label from UPS. ATT tells me there is no way to confirm  the  equipment arrived because of too many returns! I keep getting threats of if you don't return you will be charged?
Shouldn't ATT be required to advise customer they received the return?

Here is my experience so far when I cancelled AT&T Internet Air at the end of March.


03/31/24 - Received an email from AT&T with the subject "We canceled your order"
03/31/24 - Received an email from AT&T with the subject "Time to return your equipment" containing a barcode with my account information.
04/01/24 - Returned the Gateway and power supply to UPS and was given a UPS Store receipt and a copy of the "AT&T Equipment Return Receipt"
04/01/24 - Received an email from AT&T with the subject "Your equipment was received" and indicated your internet equipment has been received by UPS
