Firestick unable to connect to internet air network
My Firestick will not connect to my Internet air network. It shows as it’s connecting and then the internet air website comes up and does not connect…I’ve tried everything that I know how to do…Help???

If it were me, I'd get a new WiFi system.
Otherwise you might have better luck logging into the management console of the gateway and temporarily disable the 5GHz radio to get your fire devices connected.
