Hub time off

I’ve seen people talking about this for months now. I just switch to this internet service and my time is off too.  Has anyone been able to find a fix for this...it’s annoying.

Hi @Bmorezack,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Let's point you in the right direction and get the help you need.

We understand that you're having trouble showing incorrect time on your hub.

We recommend trying a factory reset, this may help force the hardware to check for updates. Make sure to write down your custom setting, like your static IP address, if you have one, or Wi-Fi network name (SSID), as these will also be reset.

For additional assistance, we suggest calling 1-800-288-2020.

Let us know if this helps you, please feel free to reach us back if you have any further questions.

Thank you,

Bill, AT&T Community Specialist.
